How much will this cost? We have two membership levels which features wines on average of $100/bottle. These memberships are SIX bottle increments. SIX bottle shipments are typically +/- $600.00 a shipment.

Is there a sign up fee? No. The only items of cost are the price of each wine and the local tax imposed by your local jurisdiction.

Can I cancel? Yes, any time you want to prior to the wine shipment. 30 days written notice prior to the wine shipment billing date. Email our team at info@topflightwineclub.com and we will make the changes to your billing.

When do you release the next wines? We typically ship these wines March, June, September and December.

How do I update my membership? Log in to our partner portal and update your account information. If you run into trouble, email one of customer service team at info@topflightwineclub.com.


Is there a discount on the wines I receive? Each shipment has been negotiated with the producer to provide better than retail price on all wines in the shipment. Periodically, we will feature wines for purchase and provide the ability to purchase wines outside of regular shipments.

Can I reorder the wines I enjoyed? Possibly. Most of the wines we are securing are limited by the producer and not widely available. We may impose a limitation on wines available to reorder after it is featured in the new release.

Can I send these as a gift? Definitely! And shipping gifts during the holidays isn’t the only reason to ship a gift. If you’re interested in coordinating a gift shipment, we can handle single orders to large corporate orders. All we need is the name of each recipient.

Obtain and Examine

Where do you find these wines? It’s all about relationships and good business. Most wineries welcome our calls when we ask about featuring certain wines and are excited to introduce their brands to new consumers. Then, we search, and read, and search, and read, and inquire on availability. This process has worked for years in prior businesses and will highlight your collection as well.

What is the “Tasting Panel”? The tasting panel is a group of wine professionals, located and living in California wine country, consisting of winemakers, winery directors, sommeliers and wine writers. We sample every wine prior to consideration for the wine club, so that every wine fits the profile of our consumers preference.

Can I return the shipment if I don’t enjoy the wines? We have a restocking fee of 25%, but any wines can be returned if the product is faulty, flawed, or damaged. We stand behind the quality of the wines in each shipment and know the quality and reputation of wines included will match your expectations.

I own a winery, how do I get my wines included? We typically review the wines 3-6 months and more sample monthly. Email our shipping team for more details and our process. john@topflightwineclub.com


How much is it to ship each shipment? Free. All wine club subscriptions sent out and billed are not charged for shipping. The only additional costs for each shipment will be local tax. Unfortunately, we do not control the government and alcohol tax.

What states do you ship to? We are able to ship wine to the following states AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, WV and WY. However, we make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wines into any state. By transacting with us, you represent that you have obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, are working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, are legally entitled to take possession of wine, are legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorize that you are 21 years of age. You are solely responsible for the shipment of your wine and for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of having your wine shipped to you. Do I need to sign for the package? Yes, and an office or concierge service is always the best solution to make sure your delivery is protected from the elements.

Is the a return package fee? Yes, we are billed for the cost of returns from our shipping partners and will only pass those along to you as the recipient.

What about summer/winter shipping and temperature holds? We have partnered with national shipping companies for temperature controlled delivery year round. The best solution on your end for delivery is to make sure that you’re there to receive the package.
